Each pad is individually wrapped in plant-based PLA film and packed in fully recyclable paper-based cardboard packaging.

Storage
Keep your Long Night Pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

When to Change
Change your pad every 4–6 hours, or more frequently during heavier-flow days.

After Use
Gently remove the pad after use. If adhesive residue remains on your underwear, wet the area with tap water and gently peel away before washing.

Care Tip
Avoid pulling or scraping adhesive residue while dry, as this may damage delicate fabrics.
